Trout Net Kits
We now have a line of trout net kits available for purchase!
Our kits are glued together and have holes drilled for inserting the net
and a hole drilled for the brass lanyard eye.
The frame is a combination of two strips of hickory and walnut glued together
with a solid walnut handle. Handles are also available with an oak or ash
hardwood.
All you need to do is shape
the handle, round the edges to your liking and finish sanding the wood (the wood
is 90% sanded). After sanding and finishing with a good water resistant finish,
lace the net to the frame, screw in the screw eye and you are ready to show
off your beautiful handcrafted trout net.
